Your Canadian Heritage Project
The food that you and your family cook, eat & share is a very special part of what makes your family unique! Now it is time to ask, listen & learn about your family's culinary history and share it. If you don't know where to begin, start by going home tonight and asking some questions at the dinner table.
Maybe it's Grandpa's famous Apple Pie or that favorite Egg's Benedict on Sunday morning...whatever it is, this project will start the learning & the sharing of those amazing family recipes...so get cooking!
- What family recipe is your favorite?
- Do you have recipes that are only made at special times of the year?
- Does your family have recipes that only a few people know how to make?
- What family recipe do you wish you knew how to make but have never learned?
Maybe it's Grandpa's famous Apple Pie or that favorite Egg's Benedict on Sunday morning...whatever it is, this project will start the learning & the sharing of those amazing family recipes...so get cooking!

Photography & Recipe Ideas
Love photography? Why not create a Digital Cookbook. It's a paper free recipe that contains beautiful photography & text that illustrates every step of the recipe. It is just like having a private cooking course in your own kitchen with an experienced cook who clarifies the preparation of a recipe.
